    B2Sign warrants that Stainless Steel Letters will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment. Should there be a malfunction covered under this warranty, the buyer must notify B2 Sign prior to taking any action. To proceed with any work or repairs on signs under warranty without notifying B2 Sign automatically voids any warranty.

    If the product proves defective during the warranty period, B2 Sign, at its option, will:
    (1) Repair the product, at no charge for parts or via telephone/email support
    (2) Replace the product with an equivalent product which may be new or refurbished

    B2Sign tests and inspects all signs for proper operation prior to shipment. In addition, all signs are shipped in packaging that meets or exceeds industry standards for common carrier shipment. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the party receiving the shipment to inspect the packaging for any damage prior to accepting shipment. If packaging is damaged – inspect all contents for damages before signing. Photos should also be taken as a record of evidence. In the event that shipping damage is determined, it is the responsibility of the customer receiving the shipment to file a claim with the carrier and notify by email ChannelLetters@b2sign.com or call 1 (888) 739-8501. Any damages incurred between shipment from our plant and final destination will not be the responsibility of B2 Sign, but will fall on the carrier.

    This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from acts of God, accidental negligence, vandalism or misuse. These warranties shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use, installation or care. B2 Sign shall not be obligated under this warranty.

    The above warranties are given by B2 Sign with respect to this product and its related items in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied. It is the responsibility of B2 Sign to repair defective products and related items as the sole remedy provided to the customer for the honor of this warranty.

    Q: What are the maximum and minimum production limits for each letter?
    A: Size Limits: Minimum stroke thickness no less than 1/2" for 2" returns.
    Minimum stroke thickness no less than 1" for 3" returns.
    The largest standard size quoted is 36" x 36". Artwork exceeding this limit will be proportionately scaled down in your quoting page.
    Largest product size can go up to 48” x 48” but must be custom ordered and will incur additional fee.
    Please submit email requests for estimates beyond automated options.
    This option is subject to additional processing time and production fees.
    Q: What kind of art files should I submit?
    A: Our system accepts PDF, EPS, or AI formats.
    All files submitted must be Vector and scaled to your specifications.
    Each letter should be outlined and simplified before uploading.
    If you have any trouble uploading a file, you may click the “Help” button at the bottom right and our team will contact you with a quote ASAP.
    Q: How long is the production time for stainless steel channel letters?
    A: The standard turnaround for the stainless steel channel letters is 3 weeks plus shipping.
    If you order a customized Pantone-C color that is outside of the colors listed, it will take an additional 3 or more days for completion.
    Q: How long is the wiring/cord?
    A: Our stainless steel letter comes standard with a 3 feet cord.
    Additional cord can be ordered for extra pricing.
    Q: Are installation accessories provided?
    A: Optional installation accessories are available for purchase.
    We offer simplified installation accessories that do no require the disassembly of letters.
    These include stand-off screws, mounting screws, wiring.
    Q: Do you also have optional parts for installation?
    A: Yes. Optional 3-Wire, 16G, 8-Foot, 3 Outlets, 120V Flat Plug Extension Cord can be ordered.
